With Storefront Custom Questions and Custom Screener, you can customize your research templates by adding unique questions with an easy-to-use interface and automated reports, without the need to edit your template survey questionnaire.
What It Is
The Custom Questions module allows a researcher to set up and include Single-Punch, Multi-Punch, Input, Essay, and Grid questions. These questions will then be added to the end of the existing survey template.
Custom Questions provides you more control over your questions, answers, and survey results.
