Market research customer solutions veteran Ron Franscella joins PureSpectrum as Executive Vice President. In his new role, Franscella will develop and implement comprehensive solutions for client success across the PureSpectrum product suite.

Franscella is the former Sr. Vice President at Dynata who oversaw sales, operations, and services for enterprise clients. Before Dynata, he was the Chief Customer Officer at Critical Mix and Chief Revenue Officer of North America for Toluna PLC. Always focused on growth, Franscella is known for delivering exceptional service to customers.
