Turning a Blank Page into a Chapter of Growth
When Claire Vandeweghe joined PureSpectrum three and a half years ago, she stepped into a new challenge: launching the company’s presence in France. “I loved the challenge of opening the office and developing our presence,” she says.
Starting from scratch meant building relationships, earning trust, and establishing credibility in a competitive market. “You have to believe in what you’re building, even before others can see it,” Claire explains. Today, she sees the growth of PureSpectrum France as one of her proudest accomplishments. “I’m proud that our presence is recognized. What began as a challenge has become a reality I share with my team and our clients.”

PSX as a Culture of Cohesion and Service
For Claire, the PureSpectrum Experience (PSX) is less about process and more about people. “PSX is a mindset — a strong sense of cohesion and client service that guides everything we do,” she explains.
She puts this into practice through consistent communication and support. “Through communication, I’ve always cultivated transparency and support,” she adds. For Claire, PSX comes through in the way colleagues work together and in the reliability clients feel across every interaction.
Leading with Adaptability
Claire’s leadership philosophy is shaped by the pace of her industry. “In an environment that is constantly evolving, I live by adaptability,” she says.
Adaptability, for her, is about staying open to new approaches, encouraging her team to try different solutions, and helping clients navigate change. “If you can adapt, you can help others manage uncertainty with confidence,” she reflects. That flexibility, she believes, is what allows her team to stay resilient and focused even in unpredictable times.
A Market Defined by Uncertainty and Complexity
Looking at the French market, Claire sees both opportunities and challenges. “The current market context is more uncertain and complex than in previous years,” she says. Clients are demanding faster results, higher quality, and stronger partnerships — all while facing budget pressures.
For Claire, this makes consistency and trust more valuable than ever. “When the market is unpredictable, consistency becomes even more important. That’s where we can make the biggest difference,” she explains. By focusing on clear communication and dependable delivery, her team positions PureSpectrum as a partner that simplifies complexity.
Lessons That Last
Early in her career, Claire came across a piece of advice she still lives by, borrowed from Michael Jordan: “Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.”
For her, it’s a reminder that long-term success depends on more than individual performance. “One person can achieve a result, but when ideas and perspectives combine, you create something lasting,” she says. That belief guides how she leads her team and how she approaches client relationships: collaboration is the foundation of meaningful results.
Inspired by People and Culture
If Claire could swap roles for a day, she knows where she would go. “Liz Bodie, our Chief People & Culture Officer. I admire her role in building culture, supporting people, and strengthening the company from within,” she says.
Her answer reflects her conviction that culture is inseparable from growth. “When people feel supported and connected, they perform better. And when culture is strong, clients feel it too,” she explains.
Building PureSpectrum France
Among the many milestones in her career, Claire highlights one above the rest: establishing PureSpectrum France. “I’m proud of PureSpectrum France, today recognized in the market,” she says.
What began as a personal challenge has become a recognized part of the company’s global presence. For Claire, it’s not only proof of market traction but also a sign of trust earned through persistence and teamwork. “It’s not just my achievement,” she emphasizes. “It belongs to the whole team that believed in the vision and worked to make it real.”
Beyond Work: Curiosity and Connection
Outside of work, Claire finds balance in cooking. “Cooking allows me to experiment, to travel through flavors, and to share moments of connection,” she says. For her, it’s a way to explore creativity and bring people together.
And while she shares openly about her professional journey, some things remain private. “If I tell you, it’s no longer a secret ;)” she laughs.
From launching PureSpectrum France to leading with adaptability in a changing market, Claire Vandeweghe embodies the spirit of PSX. Her journey is proof that trust, teamwork, and persistence can turn a challenge into a lasting presence.
