Previously Chief Operating Officer, Mark Menig will now assume the role of Chief Product Officer. In this position, he will be heading up product, engineering, data science, and supply teams across 6 countries and working to deliver new PureSpectrum features that will continue to move the industry forward. These features will be built into the PureSpectrum platform and take the guesswork out of data quality, enhancing usability for both researchers and suppliers.

Having worked in the online Market Research industry for nearly 20 years at a variety of companies, and with a tremendous number of talented people, has provided me with firsthand knowledge of the complexities of this industry and a passion to solve hard problems through technology,” Menig said. “During my first 2 years with the company, I was spending more and more time with the Product & Engineering team, the core of all great technology companies, and I am excited to continue working alongside our incredible team to provide an unparalleled experience for users (researchers, suppliers, and respondents) on our platform and achieve our full potential as a business.”
His existing work with the development team has already yielded user interface improvements on the platform and they continue to roll out features making our systems more intuitive. His new product initiatives for Q1 will pair his extensive data quality expertise with modern technology such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
