PureSpectrum Completes Global ISO 20252 Certification, Extending Standard to U.S. and Singapore Operations
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA, November 3, 2026 – PureSpectrum, a leading market research technology company, today announced that its U.S. and Singapore operations have been certified to ISO 20252:2019 by CIRQ, the accredited ISO audit and certification body of the Insights Association. With this audit, PureSpectrum now holds company-wide, global certification to the standard across its North America, EMEA and APAC regions. The global certification runs through October 19, 2029.
The announcement completes a region-by-region expansion of PureSpectrum’s ISO program. The company’s Sydney office was certified in August 2024, followed by the Berlin office in January 2025 and the London office in October 2025. Adding Singapore and the United States in October 2026 brings every PureSpectrum operating region under the standard in just over two years.

ISO 20252:2019 is the international standard for market, opinion and social research, including insights and data analytics.
