As a founder, you naturally love the company you are building. You are excited about the vision and you look for team members that will roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches with you. There is nothing more exhilarating than working with a team that is as passionate as you are. Keeping this momentum going can be, and usually is, the hardest part of growing a company. How do we keep people motivated? How do we keep up the excitement? And ultimately, the question many of us have had to ask ourselves this year, how do we keep our top talent? I ask myself these questions every day. I know that we are only as good as our people are and so it is always my mission to focus on them.
This is why I am extremely proud to announce that we have received #86 on Built In’s Best Workplaces in Los Angeles, #47 in mid-size companies. I couldn’t think of a better way to kick off 2023 than with this in my inbox. There are many great tech companies in the United States, and Los Angeles specifically and to be recognized as a leading employer brings me great joy. I am incredibly grateful to all of our leadership, especially our HR department, for being advocates of their teams and creating a place where people want to work and thrive.
